 报告摘要：

The first part of the seminar will give guidance for getting your paper published in a research journal. The presentation will cover: what steps you need to take before you write your paper; what is a strong manuscript; choosing the right journal; manuscript language and general structure of a research article.

The second part of the seminar will give guidance on how to review a manuscript submitted to a research journal. The presentation will cover: principles of peer review; reasons for reviewing; reasons for declining; purpose of peer review; role of reviewers; ethics and what makes a good reviewer.
