【报告人】蒋致禹,2010 年交大硕士毕业,师从顾敏童副教授。现为挪威科技大学博士研究生,师从Torgeir Moan 教授和高震博士,主要从事风机结构安全可靠性评估,海上风机的动力响应等方面研究。 
【题目一】一种浮式风机在故障情况下的动力响应 
【摘要】介绍变桨距型风电机在故障情况下紧急制动的动态响应特性。在制动过程中,气动力载荷会发生变化,并激励结构和运动响应。采用 HAWC2  对一种 Spar 式风机进行采用水-气-伺服-弹性集成分析。数值模拟研究表明,当桨距调节液压或控制系统发生故障并采用紧急制动时,会对结构造成严重冲击。在风机设计时,有必要考虑故障工况。
【题目二】基于疲劳寿命的风电机滚柱轴承载荷的长期概率分布 
【摘要】风电机齿轮变速箱普遍寿命短,可靠性差。大多数的故障由轴承的失效引起,而滚动接触疲劳又是轴承的主要失效模式。以一台750KW 失速型陆上风电机的齿轮箱为例,分析行星齿轮轴承的载荷长期分布。采用解耦分析方法,利用气动力软件HAWC2 和多体动力软件SIMPACK 模拟滚柱轴承的集中力。根据赫兹接触理论得到轴承内环、外环及转子的内力,并利用多种概率模型对接触载荷的长期分布进行拟合。研究分析了环境载荷和角度误差对接触载荷的长期分布的作用,从而影响疲劳寿命。

【题目】Dynamic Analysis For A Spar-Type Wind Turbine Under Different Sea States 
【摘要】This research mainly deals with a spar-type wind turbine which is known as the OC3-Hywind concept and potentially set to be applied in South China Sea. Based on the specific environmental conditions in South China Sea, the dynamic responses of the turbine are evaluated. Response characters of motions and mooring loads of the system under different sea states are summarized and the load effects induced by wind and wave on the system are discussed. A steady wind direction and a series of different wave directions are set to estimate the effect of coupled wind-wave induced loads. Response characters   of motions, mooring loads and several other critical parameters of the system are summarized and discussed. The calculations are carried out with the numerical simulation code FAST in time domain and frequency analysis are obtained using FFT method.
